UNIQUE ACCOMMODATION OVERLOOKING THE SEA / PERMACULTURE GARDEN


Retreat guests will stay in one of Finca Argayall's uniquely designed studios, rooms or garden huts, dotted around the beautiful permaculture garden. Each is a one-off, with design and layout different in each. A network of pathways connects the rooms to each other and down to the ocean path.

Share a room with one other person, or choose a room to yourself. Go for garden accommodation with shared bathrooms or ocean views with private bathroom - we have options to suit all needs.

LOCAL VEGETARIAN FOOD TO NOURISH YOU


Healing work requires nourishing food, and we will have plenty on this retreat. The team at Finca Argayall will lovingly prepare 3 nourishing meals for us every day, along with snacks of fresh, organic fruit and plentiful herbal teas (my favourite is the one made with lemongrass from the permaculture garden!)

All meals are served buffet-style and can be savoured on the ocean-view terrace, poolside, or beneath the shade of the magnificent rubber tree—immersing yourself in the beauty of nature with every bite.

The food we eat on this retreat will help your body feel nourished, cared for and more energised.

Gluten-free and vegan options are available - please let us know in advance if you require these.

​On the day of arrival, we will welcome you from 1pm onwards, and on the day of departure, you are asked to check out by 10am.

​🔶 LOCATION​:
We will be based in a private valley: a green oasis nestled between breathtaking cliff faces on the West coast of La Gomera - with spectacular sunsets over the sea every evening.

​​🔶 INVESTMENT​:

The retreat cost is made up of two parts:
1) Retreat Fee and 2) Accommodation.

Ranges from to depending on whether you choose private/shared bathroom and whether you want your own room or to share with one other person

Single Pyramid/A-frame with Shared Bathroom €644 pp

All accommodations are unique and designed with love, so no two are alike.

The cost is fully inclusive of food, drinks and snacks, all tantric activities (rituals, ceremonies, practices), water bodywork activities. Book your place now with a €500 (non-refundable deposit), then the rest is paid in cash after arrival and check in.

How to get to La Gomera Island:


​1) Fly to Tenerife South airport

Take a short taxi ride / bus journey to the ferry terminal in Los Cristianos.

If you plan to do all your travel on one day, we recommend that you book an early flight to Tenerife, and a late flight back home, to give you time to get across to La Gomera.

You can also choose to arrive a day earlier and stay a day longer after the retreat. 

2) Ferry to La Gomera.

We will be based on the South West side of La Gomera, so you can EITHER:

take a 50 min ferry from Tenerife to San Sebastian de La Gomera from where you can take a bus or taxi to Valle Gran Rey;

OR hop on an extra ferry to take you around the island from San Sebastian to Valle Gran Rey.

I recommend the ferry - the views are SPECTACULAR!

3) At Valle Gran Rey, a car from Finca Argayall will be waiting to pick you up and bring you to the retreat centre.

Example of our daily schedule:

Each of our days will be unique, but will have a similar structure. As an example, you could expect the following:

8:30 Breakfast
10:00 Temple Activities (including breathing practices, dance, tantra yoga, tantric massage techniques in couples)
13:30 Lunch
14:30-15:30 Rest and Free time
15:30 Water Activities/Temple Bodywork (including aguahara practices in the pool or in the ocean in couples)
19:30 Dinner
21:00 Evening workshop (including tantric rituals, fire ceremonies, cacao ceremony, water ceremonies by the ocean, meditation, night swimming)

All activities are optional. We'd love you to join for all sessions, but you may also prefer to rest and sit some activities out. Please go with your own flow.

On the day of arrival, we will welcome you from 1pm onwards, and on the day of departure, you are asked to check out by 10am.

All the practical information, what to bring with you on the retreat, will be send 2 weeks before the retreat starts.
